Parents/Guardians: Name, email, phone, address, payment details.
Children/Students: Name, date of birth, enrolment details, learning progress, participation in classes/communities.
Teachers: Identity verification (photo ID, WWCC), qualifications, bank details (for payments).
Co-op Coordinators: Identity verification, WWCC, billing information.
Donors: Name, contact details, donation history, payment method (via Stripe).
3. How We Collect Information
Directly from you during sign-up, enrolment, or donation.
Automatically through use of the KTA+ platform (audit logs, IP, timestamps).
From third-party integrations (Stripe, HubSpot, Zoom, CRM).
4. Why We Collect Your Information
We use your personal information for:
Delivering educational programs and services.
Verifying parental consent (required for children under 18).
Vetting teachers, coordinators, and volunteers.
Ensuring compliance with Child Safe Standards.
Processing donations and issuing tax receipts.
Providing safety monitoring and incident reporting.

Service providers (Stripe, HubSpot, AWS/GCP).

ACNC for governance and compliance reporting.

Family and donor data collected in Australia is hosted on Australian servers.
If data is transferred overseas (e.g., HubSpot servers in the US/EU), we will comply with APP 8 of the Privacy Act.

Consent and verification records are retained for audit purposes.
Donation records are retained as required by Australian law.
When data is no longer required, it will be securely destroyed or de-identified.

10. Teacher Marketplace
The KTA+ Teacher Marketplace allows vetted educators to list and sell courses, workshops, or resources.
Teachers are vetted under Australian law, including:
Working With Children Checks (WWCC) or equivalent clearances.
Reference checks and program alignment review.
Teachers are independent providers, not employees of The Transformation Network.
Parents and students may engage with teachers via platform classes and communities.
Personal information shared with teachers (e.g., student names, submissions) may only be used for educational purposes and must comply with this Privacy Policy.
The Transformation Network moderates marketplace activities and reserves the right to remove any teacher or course that does not comply with Australian law, ACNC child safety standards, or platform rules.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our services. Parents will be notified of material changes and may withdraw consent if they choose.
